Crews are providing final work on Route 202 after six years of construction to allow an additional lane both north and south from the Route 30 split to King of Prussia. New sound barrier walls and bridges were also part of the project. Work safety barriers have been removed while the new lane is closed off with orange and white traffic safety barrels in East Whiteland Township until the opening of the new lanes. Route 202 has become a very important highway as an alternative to business Route 30 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. When you see Emergency Responders on the highway, please slow down or move over to another lane to allow the safety we need to operate.
