| After completing our first operations meeting of the new year on Wednesday January 6th, the East Whiteland Fire Company is looking forward to providing services to our community, as we have for the past 63 years. As a combination department with career and volunteer personnel, we are grateful to be operating from our beautiful fire station at 205 Conestoga Road. There will be an increased effort in our training program this year for all personnel, a stronger outreach in our public relations department, and an aggressive recruitment program to obtain additional volunteer members. Chester County Department of Emergency Services has implemented a brand new digital radio system which will improve our communications system. If you would like to volunteer by providing vital services to your neighbors and community, please stop by our station or contact us here on our website.
