The East Whiteland Fire Company has a great history that we are very proud of. On occasion we will post photographs and information about our history. This photo is of "Venus", former East Whiteland Fire Chief and Fire Marshal Gary Long's partner. Whenever the fire alarm sounded Venus would run to the chief's car, ready to respond with Chief Long. Venus also enjoyed riding on the fire engines and was in quite a few parades. Our thanks to Chief Long for this photo and an extensive collection of material donated to the company.
