Air Conditioner Fire on Fillippo Way

At 09:26 PM (2123 Hours) the East Whiteland Fire Company along with mutual aid was dispatched to Fillippo Way in Charlestown Township for a building fire, with initial reports that there was an Air Conditioner (AC) unit on the roof that was on fire.

Down Wires Turns Into Brush Fire

On Sunday, March 5th, 2023, at approximately 2:30 PM, the East Whiteland Fire Company was dispatched simultaneously to two pole fires off Piper Lane and Spring Valley Dr. When arriving in the areas of these calls, it was determined that there was a large brush fire caused by wires down from a nearby power pole. Accident on 202 Southbound

At 1930 hours (7:30 PM) on March 4th, 2023 the East Whiteland Fire Company was dispatched by the Chester County Department of Emergency Services to 202 Southbound, in the area of mile marker 15.7 for an auto accident - basic life support (BLS).

Busy Evening for Station 5

The evening of Thursday, March 2nd, 2023 proved to be a busy one for Station 5, being called to two (2) reported building fires in less than two (2) hours.
