The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch for south-east Pennsylvania on Friday July 28, 2017, possibly lasting into Saturday. Be aware and take precautions for excessive rain in addition to other threats such as high winds and hail. Water can quickly rise on roadways, which is very deceiving, with unknown dangers. When encountering any deep water on the roadway, TURN AROUND, DON'T DROWN! Stay Safe
