On Saturday, June 11th, 2022, the East Whiteland Fire Company (Station 5) was dispatched to an accident with one vehicle overturned with possible entrapment at the intersection of Lancaster Ave and Sproul Rd. Upon arriving on the scene, crews found a vehicle overturned down an embankment, the driver has self-extricated from the vehicle. Station 5 Fire Police and Traffic 5 assisted the East Whiteland Township Police Department with traffic control. Thank you to Able Brothers Towing for the assistance. Crews operated on the scene for approximately 30 minutes before clearing the scene.
