East Whiteland Fire Company responded to a serious traffic accident on Phoenixville Pike at 5:24 am Sunday. The engines and ambulance worked at the scene while tactical fire police closed the roadway. Fire police assisted Pennsylvania State Police in their investigation while the road remained closed until 1:30 pm. Great team work from East Whiteland Fire Company, Malvern Fire Company EMS & Medic Unit, State Police, and Abel Brothers towing & recovery throughout the day. We would like to thank area residents for their assistance and great cooperation during the incident.
