Building Fire in Malvern Borough

At approximately 06:00 on March 6th, 2022, the East Whiteland Fire Company was dispatched as mutual aid to a building fire located on the 200 block of King Street in the Malvern Borough to assist the Malvern Fire Company. The Engine, Rescue, Traffic, Ambulance accompanied by Chief 5 responded. East Whiteland Fire Police helped close down the road and redirect traffic while crews were in service. Crews from the Engine and Rescue assisted with fire suppression and operated on the scene for approximately 2 hours until they were released by command.
