East Whiteland Fire Company was honored to help escort Captain Tom Royds home from Paoli Hospital on Sunday, July 25th. The procession took place around 11:00 AM and proceeded down Route 30 onto Route 29 and then onto US202 Northbound. Emergency responders from Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties participated in the procession. Capt. Royds tragically lost his life in the line of duty at a motor vehicle accident located on Rt. 76.
