At 1817 hours on April 20th, 2021, East Whiteland Fire Company was requested along with Goshen Fire Company (Station 54/56) to assist the Malvern Fire Company (station 4) with a brush fire located on the 60 block of Line Road in Willistown Township. The brush fire was the result of a tree falling on power lines, which the Malvern Fire Company was dispatched for originally. Brush 5 assisted with the fire suppression efforts that extended into the wooded area and along roadway.
