In order to protect the health and safety of our residents, the members of East Whiteland Fire Company have decided to cancel our YETI & Designer Bag Bingo scheduled for August 16th. Please see below for the email that went out to attendees.

Good Morning,
We hope this email finds you in good health and safety during these difficult times with the ongoing pandemic. To protect our residents' health and safety, we have decided to cancel our bag bingo event that was rescheduled for August 16th. We hope to have this event in early spring 2021 if COVID-19 is no longer an issue.

Since we are unsure of when that will be, we have decided to offer ticket refunds for this event to the folks that would like one. Please read carefully the instructions on how to request a refund.

To request a refund, please send an email to events@eastwhitelandfire.org. This email must come from the email that was used to purchase the ticket(s). After your email arrives, a member of our team will issue a refund and ask for verification that an email was received from Eventbrite confirming the refund. After August 16th, we will consider any remaining funds a donation to the East Whiteland Volunteer Fire Organization.
