When will the new date be announced?
At this time, there is no date selected. We will notify attendees via email once a new date has been selected.
Will I need to repurchase tickets?
No. Tickets from this event will still be valid for the new date. Please keep these tickets handy and do not delete them. In the event that new tickets are required, we will convert existing tickets to the new date.
What if I am not able to make the new date?
If you are not able to make the new date when it is announced, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we require an email from the ticket purchaser to initiate a refund.
What if I gave away my ticket or resold my ticket?
If you gave your ticket away or resold it, please forward this email to them or give them a call. Additionally, please send us an email at email@example.com so that we may transfer the tickets to the new owner.
