After monitoring the situation and the response to the Corona virus, we have decided to postpone our Yeti & Bag Bingo event scheduled for March 29th to August 16th. Please see the Frequently Asked Questions section below for information regarding the postponement of this event. Frequently Asked Questions

Will I need to repurchase tickets?
No. Tickets from this event will still be valid for the new date. Please keep these tickets handy and do not delete them. In the event that new tickets are required, we will convert existing tickets to the new date.

What if I am not able to make the new date? Can I get a refund?
If you are not able to make the new date, please let us know by emailing a refund request to events@eastwhitelandfire.org. Please note that we require an email from the ticket purchaser to initiate a refund.

What if I gave away my ticket or resold my ticket?
If you gave your ticket away or resold it, please forward this email to them or give them a call. Additionally, please send us an email at events@eastwhitelandfire.org so that we may transfer the tickets to the new owner.
