| At 3:17 Am, Station 5 and Medic 4 (Malvern) were alerted to Route 29 south of Hollow Road for an accident reported serious. While responding Ambulance 5-1 advised Battalion 5 (Strauss) that a dump truck was down the embankment. Shortly after that, Traffic 5 responded and closed down Route 29.
Engine 5-2 responded with a full crew. Lt. 5 (Badman) arrived on the scene reporting one dump truck down the embankment with everyone appearing to be out. When Engine 5-2 arrived Lt. 5 (Badman) asked for the light tower be set up and sent the crew up for further instructions.
In the end there were no injures. 5 units remained on the scene till the dump truck was towed away by Null's Towing company. 5 units went available at 06:00. |
