Firefighters were called for a transformer fire. Upon their arrival, they discovered that the electrical service to the building was on fire. This required an upgrade to a building fire response. Firefighters remained on the scene for two hours until PECO was able to mitigate the problem. Assisting were the Malvern, Paoli and Berwyn Fire Companies.
