An emergency dispatch at 6:16 Wednesday evening for wires down with fire on Route 30 near the Frazer Plaza Shopping Center, just west of Route 352 in East Whiteland Township. Units responding and on scene were East Whiteland Fire Company Engine 5-1, Battalion 5, Fire Police, East Whiteland Township Police, and PECO. Traffic was directed around the scene until PECO could rectify the problem on the utility pole.
