Traffic Accidents Saturday

The East Whiteland Fire Company responded in the extreme heat to two traffic accidents on Saturday. The dispatch for accident one was 10:41 AM on Charlestown Road just north of Pikeland Road in Charlestown Township involving one vehicle into a utility pole. Ambulance 5 transported the patient, Engine 5 was recalled. Pennsylvania State Police on location investigating the accident. The dispatch for accident two was 5:57 PM on Route 30 at Route 401 in East Whiteland Township. The two vehicles involved pulled into the McDonalds Restaurant leaving debris on the highway which was removed by responders. No service required by EMS or the Engine, however East Whiteland Tactical Fire Police remained on the scene with East Whiteland Township Police until the vehicles were removed by Abel Brothers Towing.
