At 15:24 hours (3:24 pm), Station 4 (Malvern) along with Engine 3-5 (Paoli), Station 5, Ladder and Engine 56 (Goshen), and Engine 2 (Berywn) for the Rapid Intervention Team were dispatched to the unit block of Clover Lane for a reported Out Building fire.

At 15:31 hours (3:31 pm) responding units were advised by Chester County 9-1-1 that a Shed and surrounding Brush was on fire.

Ambulance 5-1 arrived on scene first and advised of a brush fire spreading towards the shed.

Assistant 4 (Vaughn) scaled the assignment back to the Malvern units. Crews did have some minor extension into the shed but quick actions by firefighters kept it to the exterior walls.

All units were available at 17:03 hours (5:03 pm).
