Halloween Party

A festive and fun Halloween party was held at the fire house on Saturday night mainly for children, although fire company members had a great time as well. Cassandra and Tom Obert-Thorn did a lot of the work in preparing for the event including intricate jello molds, popcorn in the shape of a hand, and lots of other goodies. Bozena Rolla was busy with decorating while Tommy Cockerham set up the sound system for music. Kevin Skymba was our emcee and did a fantastic job. Beenay Patel and Kyle O'Brien did a great job in the firefighter challenge, where the children told each of them what items of their safety gear to put on. Brett Earley and Jackie Badman also assisted at the party and guests were Dalton Lotz, Johnny and Debbie Abel, and a very strange looking couple who didn't say very much (their photo is included). Everyone had a great time. Thanks to all the residents who attended with the children throughout the evening.
