On Monday September 22, 2014, members of the East Whiteland Fire Company were given a walk-thru tour by IMC Construction. The progress in the construction of the new building is coming along very well. We can now see what the various rooms will look like as well as the upper second floor. The entire roof and floors will be completed very soon and the building ready for use in January, depending on the weather. Thanks to company member Al Hardy for providing digital secure storage for all photographs and documentation during the building construction for company preservation. The event hosted by fire company president Gary Sheridan, IMC Construction Superintendent Jim Deamer, and Assistant Project Manager Mike Ebright. We look forward to the next update.
