The Township's Department of Codes & Life Safety will install smoke alarms for free for residents in need.

To obtain a smoke alarm, email the Township Fire Marshal at firemarshal@eastwhiteland.org or call 610-648-0600, ext. 254.

A limited number of smoke alarms are available. Residents must sign a liability waiver prior to installation.

Residents are reminded to test their smoke alarms monthly, to replace batteries when the clocks are changed and to replace any smoke alarm 10 years old or older.
