The East Whiteland Fire Company was dispatched for a building fire Wednesday morning at 07:07, along with Malvern Fire Company/Medic/Ambulance, Goshen Fire Company and Berwyn Fire Company. First arriving units at the William Henry Apartment Complex on King Road advised a kitchen fire with smoke inside the building. The fire was quickly suppressed. Chief 5, Deputy 5C, Engine 5-1, Ambulance 5-1, Fire Police, East Whiteland Township Fire Marshals, and East Whiteland Township Police were all on the scene while other responding apparatus was recalled.
