After returning from a long barn and woods fire, the East Whiteland Fire Company was dispatched for a traffic accident on Route 30 at Phoenixville Pike in East Whiteland Township. Chief 5, Engine 5-2, Ambulance 5-1 and 5-2, and Fire Police were on the scene. Route 30 was closed westbound at Planebrook Road. East Whiteland Township Police investigated the accident and vehicles were removed by Abel Brothers Towing.
