A traffic accident involving a tow truck that was attempting to tow a disabled vehicle was reported at 9:35 a.m. Wednesday morning. The East Whiteland Fire Company responded to the scene on Route 30, east of Route 29, near the East Whiteland Township boundary. One person was transported to a local hospital. Engine 5-2, Ambulance 5-1, and Fire Police were on location. The involved vehicles were removed by Abel Brothers Towing.
