A multi vehicle traffic accident reported at 12:22 p.m. Friday brought Pennsylvania State Police, East Whiteland Fire Company Engine 5-2, Ambulance 5-2, Fire Police with Traffic 5, and Abel Brothers Towing. The incident was located north-bound at mile-marker 17.7 near the Malvern-Great Valley split. Vehicles involved in the accident were on both left and right lanes. Fire Police quickly directed traffic into the middle lane while operations continued on both sides.

A reminder that the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Steer Clear Law means that oncoming traffic must Slow Down when approaching an emergency scene or emergency responders operating, and if possible to Move Over into another lane.
